Persistence pays off

This machine is exactly like my old one or almost exactly like it and it is very user-friendly. I would highly recommend it. It was a long time coming due to the delays of the coronavirus pandemic but with persistence and assistance of Patrice in customer service it has finally arrived.

After the machine we ordered turned out not to be available and we were unable to actually speak with anyone about the lengthy delay, Sewing Machine Plus came through with a free upgrade and then a short delivery time. We are very pleased with the purchase and the company.
