This is the second machine I have ordered as a gift for a daughter and both of them love their machines. I like doing business with SWP as they are easy to deal with and offer great products for the price!

I did not receive the "bonus pack" which included a 1/4" quilt foot. As a quilter I would not have even ordered a sewing machine without this foot. Since you called it a bonus you did not need to credit me anything. How deceitful. I am very disappointed with this company.

So far I love this machine! It was easy to get started and sews beautifully. Putting in buttonholes is so easy. Awesome! Bernina could learn a few things from this Janome.

We Love It.

My daughter needed a new machine so I purchased this one because it is supposed to do everything. It is really very nice! She isn't doing heavy fabric right now but she did try it on denim and it is everything she wanted. At this time she is making face masks. All of the stitch designs work, it is quite and very sturdy. I hope I will get to use it too.

Great machine. Took it right out of the box to sew 45 Girl Scout patches on a vest. My lighter weight machine just could not handle the bulk of the thick patches. This machine made it super easy! Would definitely buy again!

I am overly excited about this sewing machine. It might not be the fanciest sewing machine out there, but it more than makes up for it by how well it sews through denim, canvas, and some of the heavier fabrics. Love it, Love it, Love it.

The machine is durable, sews quiet and true! Has some weight to it so that it doesn't move all over creation when I'm trying to sew. Simple to thread.. Not a lot of extra stitches but has everything I truly need in a machine and I am very pleased!

Best Sewing Machine Ever!

I've had this machine for 22 years and recently lost it in a house fire, so I purchased the same exact machine because of the quality. Their not lying when they call it Heavy Duty. People can't believe the things I have always been able to sew with this machine. Well worth the money!

Moderately satisfied

The machine was advertised as being self-threading. It's not. The thread-cutting wedge is practically out of reach and I have resorted to cutting threads with scissors. The owner's manual said that when you fill a spool with thread that the spool would stop on its own, and yet it does not and I had to fish a ton of thread out of the spool socket. Great Machine

This machine does exactly what I was hoping for.I have a good electronic machine from another manufacturer that sews very well overall, but when starting out on a thick, multi-layer section of a heavy fabric such as denim or cotton duck, it hangs up initially under the presser foot and needs assistance to start feeding. Once it catches, it sews fine.I had hoped the Janome HD3000… read more would feed better with the 7 point feed system that has 2 extra feed dogs right under the center front of the presser foot- and indeed it does!I also thought it would be good to have a basic mechanical machine as a back-up and this Janome HD3000 should serve well.Had to adjust the bobbin tension out of the box for best stitch balance, so I give this a 4 1/2 star review.

Was interested in this item. I got a call from SMP stating it wasn't available, but they could sell me another for the same price. I said give me a day to decide, and called back to buy the next day. I left a voice mail when nobody picked up. I never got a call back. I left an email, then another. No response. not working on arrival

Was so excited to have this arrive after reading only positive reviews only to have it not work. Motor spins but nothing works. Called customer service to be told I have to wait 2-3 days to speak to a technician. Very disappointed. Meanwhile I have to keep my projects on hold.
