The 3-Piece Feed Dog System works great and is able to hold the fabric in place smoothly, even when I am working with difficult materials. Plus, the automatic thread cutter makes it easy to cut and trim the threads without having to pull them out.

One of my favorite features of the Janome HD 1000 Black Edition is the Drop Feed for Free Motion Sewing. It allows me to quickly switch from stitch length adjustment to free motion sewing and back again, which makes it incredibly easy when I'm sewing garments with multiple kinds of fabrics.

it has been a great addition to my crafting toolkit. The adjustable stitch length and zigzag width are one of the features I appreciate the most.
