Feels brand new! Package was only missing the extra presser foot parts, customer service quickly got the parts shipped from the manufacturer.

I bought this as factory reconditioned at much cheaper price and I don't see any difference. It is working as supposed. I am happy with this purchase.

Awesome little machine!

I have had this machine for a couple weeks be it has been a wonderful little thing. I bought it to learn machine embroidery but also wanted to have the regular sewing function for quick fixes while the machine is out. I had been a good companion to my bigger Juki.

The 4x4 has not felt limiting so far! In fact, a fully embroidered piece that size (say like of a cartoon) sometimes… read more even seems too large! I could see where wanting a bigger hoop would come in handy for lettering, but I don’t think that will be the type of embroidery I will be doing most.

I want to love this machine but the needle saga continues.

I think this machine can be fantastic and I think you can do great things with it. Obviously you have to learn how to use it. However my machine since day one has had an issue with its needle. It’s never aligned properly for self threading. The needle falls out during sewing. And as well the needle has broken three different times while sewing. And yet there are times this… read more machine works beautifully so I am very confused and not sure what’s happening here so I’m contacting brother by email and hoping to get some response. Yes I’ve done troubleshooting and watched tons and tons of YouTube‘s but this machine has an issue with it’s needle area.
I expect that once I get help and hope that I do - I will be completely satisfied with this machine.
