First time owner of a computerized sewing machine.

Not sure about this machine yet. I am trying to use it so I know whether to send it back. Not to crazy about where reverse button is located or the stitching seems off a bit.

Wonderful second machine.

I bought this machine just for small jobs. I have a big sewing/embroidery machine and sometimes have long stitch outs where I could be doing something else. This is the machine for getting more accomplished. Simple to operate and like the programming capability regarding needle placement, etc.

The thread channel stays enclosed and will not come out so that I can pass the thread thru it.

I cannot thread this machine because the thread channel is enclosed and I’m not able to access it, I have called customer service on Jan. 28th and a technician has not returned my call. I really need a working machine and am extremely disappointed. Should I return it and order from someplace else.
