Bernette B35 Sewing Machine

I was able sew one project together, a simple face mask. I started a second one and the sewing machine started to jam. I rechecked the bobbin threading a retreaded the upper thread and still the same problem of sewing well for awhile and then all of a sudden it will jam. I want to return it. Please inform me how I do that please.

Shopped arround wuite a bit and this was by far the best price on this nice basic mechanical machine.

Too basic for me

I did not realize it only makes one type of buttonhole and you have to manually stop the sewing at the end of the buttonhole. Also, the hand wheel seemed very stiff. I returned the machine and I am waiting for my refund so I can order a different machine.
