Amazing Machine

Finally went ahead and ordered the Brilliant and I wish had had done this long ago, Wonderful machine so far , great stitches , very quiet and so smooth, Knee lift is my favorite part. SMP had the best price and quick free shipping, I also added the extended table which is a must have

LOVE THE BRILLIANT!

I have had Janome machines in the past and this is my first BabyLock. I LOVE IT! Had no issues with Janome. It's a good brand but the BabyLock is my favorite. In fact I am considering trading a Janome for another BabyLock. Everyone has their favorite brands whether it be cars or food products so I can't really be specific. The BabyLock just runs smoother, is more user friendly… read more the way the stitch selection is set up and the many features like needle down and thread cutter ( a game changer ) - it just has a nicer feel and it's quiet. In particular after using the thread cutter, the machine picks up the thread right away again with no tangling like the Janome. Anyway I highly recommend the Baby Loc Brilliant. Oh and the quarter inch guide on the bobbin cover is so clear! Easy threading! Lots of accessories. Table is extra but well worth it. Tables tend to come standard with Janome.

Monitor light not bright enough

Great machine other than monitor light is too dim. Cannot get it to lighten up enough to read easily

baby Lock Brilliant A very good machine

This machine is very quit, it is large enough to handle heavy work, larger area to the right of the needle. The stitches are beautiful.

NOT HAPPY!

There are a few things, I’m NOT happy about. For one, the J foot is loose. For two, the bobbin cover case is also loose fitting. On top of that, I spoke to someone In technical support, who stated they’d send me another J foot. It’s been close to two weeks, and I haven't received the J foot. I was going to order other sewing gadgets, but i’ll take my money somewhere… read more else. Not happy!
