November 30, 2022looks like a great product
I ordered this product, and it arrived on time. After unboxing it and setting it up, I followed the included video tutorial to make sure I did everything correctly. However, after completing all the steps, I received an error message. Right now, I'm not too confident about this purchase.

Computer skills are a must in today's society, and I need just a little more help learning how to save and open folders as well as downloading files. Even though I'm somewhat computer literate, the flip drive wasn't covered enough in instruction. Although I'm still struggling, I love what progress I have made. My 400e has always produced excellent embroidery work, and I've used it for about a year. I make lots of arts and crafts items, shirts, and wall hangings. I wouldn't trade it for any other brand.
