Embrilliance Convert It, Mac - Embroidery Software for Mac (CIM10)

Useless purchase. Doesn't even work on my mac.

I got this software as part of my embroidery machine bundle purchase in Summer 2020. Due to life circumstances and taking the time to learn the basics of my machine, I haven't tried to use this extra software until today. The Convert it software won't even download to my computer because it's technology is too old. I know I had the CD in the package for 15 months, but Apple's website… read more says this software started becoming obsolete years ago. (Something about it using 32 bit technology but Apple started upgrading it's apps to 64 bit technology 10 years ago.) I'm really frustrated that something that is currently retailing for $120 on the website is basically as good as a coaster for my coffee table. I just expected more.

I'd like to return this item it is NOT compatible with my Mac.

Sticker price on item over $40 lower than purchase price.

The price I paid for this product from SewingMachinesPlus.com was $107. When I received the item, it had a sticker price on it of $61.61. I wrote to SewingMachinesPlus about this discrepancy and received no response. I feel that I was cheated.
