Do not purchase the bundle

I purchased the Vintage purse bundle from another reputable web site but the downloads come from Dime. I have downloaded machine embroidery files since 2013 and this was the most difficult. there was no where that I could insert my serial number. Contacted customer service and it took 4 days to receive the downloads for my Mac. I am making the floral purse at the moment and… read more one part of the stitch design is gone. The flower is not complete. It looks terrible. very disappointed and naturally upset. First time ever giving one star to anything. Sorry but I have had it.
