Did not receive the 4x stronger version as depicted in the photo of the item. Was very disappointed to only receive the original version rather than the updated stronger hoop.

Happy hands! Love my new hoop!

I purchased this hoop because I was hurting my hands terribly when tightening the screw on my machine stocked hoop. My hands are very thankful for this product, though it took three weeks to deliver!

Will my 830LE recognize this RM4 Hoop?

Haven't had a chance to use it on my Bernina 830LE yet.
Since purchase I've heard that others are having issues with getting their 830's to "recognize" this RM4 hoop. If that is the case, I may be returning it!
