As expected with investing a higher amount upon purchasing premium products, I had high hopes for this brand which turned out disappointing because of how quickly it started shedding after just three uses. This one will definitely be avoided moving forward ..bummer.

Upon delivery, the condition of one particular spindle shipped arrived broken, potentially due to packaging. But despite reaching out via customer service to address these concerns, I never received any acknowledgment.. so a low rating reflects poor handling procedure on their end.
