I love my baby lock bundle was great im still missing couple things from the order but I call customer suport and they were easy to work with and ready to help this is my first time buying from them and I had a great experience I would recommend and I would defintly buy again from them.

I have not had any real problems like I did the eversewn, after two weeks the eversewn had stopped functioning right; I wrote for help and at first they did nothing, then they gave me suggestions, no real help, I had that machine between five to eight months when I started looking for a new machine, so far the babylock has performed very well. Incredibly versatile machine. Embroidery is AWESOME for this price point. I never thought I would be able to afford an embroidery machine. This is affordable and you can even upload more designs. It's also a far above average Baby Lock sewing machine. I am totally satisfied with my purchase

Baby Love Verve

This is an upgrade from my basic level sewing machine and I love it! The auto threader and needle up/down feature is great! Learning to machine embroider has been pretty easy with this machine. Love Baby Lock and am very happy so far.

I called Sewing Machines Plus and they sent bundle immediately Customer Service was 5 stars, although the 18 pack of thread and some of needles were on back order. I still have not received the back order nor an email on status. I am very impressed with the Verve machine.
