Worth the money!

This was bought for my mom for christmas and she absolutely loves it. It was packaged very well by the time it was received. it did not come with an instruction manual, but we found one online and just printed it so no big deal. She has not had one bad thing to say about it.

HELP!!!!!

It failed as soon as the water level went down and will not reset. I have been waiting for a week for technical help from your company with no result. I called reliable today and it seems they might help me. Very frustrated
