I bought the Laura Ashley last year in March, this is my 2nd Embroidery machine, the first one I gothad all the Disney charaters built in the machine-the only problem is that it was in black and white and had a very small screen. I absolutely love the Laura Ashley. I have a much larger screen so I do a lot of downloading from the internet. Also always be sure and cut the thread at the topwhere the spool is and pool from the bottom. I learned this the hard way. If you do not do this your thread will get tangled up in there and will require service.

Love my BROTHER Innovis'1500D

This machine is fabulous. For apparel sewing it's been great! Sews like butter!! I have not ventured into the embroidery features yet, but I'm sure anxious to, now that I have a Granddaughter. SEW much to learn first.

6700D Quatro 2

I have had this machine for about a year. Use it mostly for embroidery and quilting. Embroidery is great as long as the design is not too dense. I've had to go to a 60 wt thread for some designs that include text. It is a good machine and I have used the daylights out of it.

I purchased this machine a few weeks ago and it is amazing. Have not used all of the functions yet, but used it for sewing and embroidering. Next attempt will be to use the tablet function, which I understand is very easy to use.LOVE this machine. Had the Duetta 4700D before this one and that was a good machine too, but this new one has that beat and more so.

Don't let the machine 'imtimidate' you. Follow directions stip-by-step and it's a breeze! The hardest part is changing the thread color. But the machine is wonderful! I'm glad I have it, and you will, too!

I just happened upon this machine as a novice sewer and found it fun to use and easy to operate. The embroidery component is great to use and I love that you do not have to use a foot pedal, it threads itself and cuts the thread automatically. If you get this machine, have fun with it and make great things.

Before I bought my machine, I took a sewing class where they provided an electronic Brother machine (not this one, one of the high end ones, don't remember which), and I fell in love with how easy it was to use, and also all the buttons to cut the thread, to thread the needle, to backstitch, etc.). I knew right then, that I'd be buying a Brother machine. Since I could not afford… read more the same model I had in my class, the sales person recommended the Innovis 900d, I knew I wanted an electronic machine, so this machine had this, and I could afford it. Well I've had it for 2 years now, and it's wonderful. On one particular project, I had a lot of layers to sew through, and was nervous that I could break my machine, but no, it did so well. I LOVE my machine. I have only tried the embroidery once, never did this before, (I did have a class to learn how to use the machine, but at that time, I was not interested in embroidery and didn't listen much) and my first time, I got it right immediately just with the easy instructions in the manual. It was really easy. Now I've started making bags, and designed my logo, and I can't wait to try importing my logo into the machine, with the USB, if all goes well, I won't have to pay to have custom labels made, I will be able to do my own. I HIGHLY recommend this machine, it's easy to operate. Two things I hate about sewing, is needle threading, and making buttonholes (and sewing buttons). With this machine, it's so easy, no hassle. When I'm sewing, and it beeps and a message appears to let me know the bobbin is ending, it's really easy to make another one, and put it back...I could go on and on, and I haven't even used all the features yet, but everytime I try something new, it's always easy and fun. My new Brother is easy to learn with a few lessons or some practice. I'm thrilled with every aspect of the 6000. If you are on the fence run don't walk to your local dealer & make a deal. Computerized Embroidery Machine

This is absolutely the finest machine on the market. I love it. It is so easy to use. I had another embroidery/sewing machine and it sat in the corner and collected dust due to the difficulty in centering etc. This machine does it all for you. There are not enough adjectives to describe it.

Brother NX 450Q

I love this machine, from the automatic thread cutting (which saves time), to the needle threader. Love, love love this machine. So many stitches to choose from. Would love to get the pressor foot that cuts while you sew. I didn't know you could get one till recently. I highly recommend this machine.

My Quattro

I've had Jisabell (my Quattro) for 8 months and I love her. I call her Jisabelle because she is an expensive girl. I have made quilts with embroideried squares and purses...all sorts of items. I have also tried my hand at digiziting and she sews all of my designs with no problems. I could not have bought a better product.

I simply love the Brother Innov-is 40 sewing machine. It sews very effortlessly and you can use for all the one-of-a-kind pieces I have. I like to make my own clothes as well as stuff for my friends and family. This is so perfect I can't imagine using any other machine.

Great for a new sewer

The things that I love about this machine, first off is the needle threader. Secondly, the ease of use in accessing stitiches (user friendly computer). It is extremely light, nice to bring to classes or general travel. I love the option of using hand or foot control. The instruction booklet is clear...So overall I love this machine!

LOVE THIS MACHINE

I have had this machine for over 2 years. I love, love, love it. It is very user friendly and it does so many things. One of the best things I like about this machine is that it tells you when your bobbin thread is about to run out. I get great service from my dealer. I would buy this machine again in a heartbeat!!!

Brother 900D

This machine is a gem. I purchased it for the Disney designs and I haven't been disappointed. It is a workhorse. I take it to classes and on trips to my daughter's home in New York. I own the Ellisimo and I use this little machine as a supplement to it. I have not been disappointed. It is quiet and efficient.

I love it but

It's a great machine for sewing and embroidery but for the price, I wish I had purchased the PR650 embroidery machine. I already had another embroidery/sewing machine.

Not a great machine

This machine has all kinds of problems. The controller board went out on my machine after 3 years. It had problems with the USB drive from the beginning. Took it in for service but it never was fixed. Struggled with the USB the entire time I have had it. The USB drives are expensive around $20 for one if you buy from the dealer and they have to be under 1 GB. They were discontinued… read more around 3 years ago.

I have seen the quattro once, but from what I have read and heard it has everything I would want. I want a machine I can understand and easy to learn. I am 77.

I bought it new,sent it back 15 ,20 times in 1st 18 months will not sew without breaking thread,has never ran right ever
